Ok I have a Hx4700 hp It has been upgraded "Chip" ect. For the life of me I can not get any Outlook email or any other for that matter with an attachment to sync .. All it does is remain unresolved . Please befor I pull all my hair out lol . Someone help me !!!

I have 128 unresolved items all are emails with attachments I have done everything in Activesync and on my Pocket Pc to allow attachments ,

Nothing says I shouldnt be able to sync them ????? This is the only time when I get frustrated "When theres no logical reason why its not working"

Hi,
Please give us some background on the configuration:
1. Version of Outlook
2. Version of ActiveSync
3. Any error messages displayed

Also, have you checked to see if the attachments are for Office? If so have you set the conversion settings to not convert them?

2. Activesync 4.5
3. No

As far as checking to see if the attachments are for office ? I have changed the settings to convert and tried not to convert in ActiveSync .

Hi,
What version is the hx4700 running? You said it was upgraded "Chip." etc.

If you are runing a version of Windows Mobile that did not ship from HP, it is not an authorized version and is unsupported.
