I'm working on a grade book. I have each students name in a cell and the cells next to a students name represents a day. In those cells i only put the number of points lost. Some cell are left blank due to not losing points. The weekly total cell has a formula that subtracts each days lost points from 90. an example of the formula is ...

=90-SUM(C6,E6,G6,I6,K6,N6)

each of those cells being added have their own formula. Here's an Example just in case its the problem.

=IF(L4="AB",15,IF(L4="Note",15,IF(L4="L","",IF(L4="",""))))

On my desktop i can leave cells blank and the weekly total is calculated. When i put the file on my ipaq 111 the weekly total shows #value error. I don't want to have to put 0 in every box.

Anyone have a way of fixing this?

thanks
