Hi, I'm at my wits end. My company took over IT suppoprt for another business. They were using pop3 for their email but decided to switch to exchange, which came with SBS2003. They didn't want to hst their own email, but rather wanted to keep the current pop3 provider and have me put in pop3 connectors for all users. Not sure if this is relevant, but I figured I'd give all the info.
2 users, one with a Treo 650 and the other with a Motorola i930 can't be configured no matter what I try.
I am more interested in the Motorola i930 right now. I have entered all the information into the phone, such as user name (even tried domain\username)
domain name and server name.
Under servername I am using the servers IP address.
What esle do I need to do, is there something with certificates? I have avtive sync on the users PC, but I'm not sure what I need on the server. Are there any step by step guides to help me configure this? I'm opretty sure if I figure one out the other will follow.....

Thanks!

Hi,
Did you open ActiveSync and click on Menu - Configure Server? This is required to sync with Exchange via wireless.

As for the Treo 650's they will have very limited functionality due to the sync software provided.
