I am successfully using my iPAQ h5550 (WM2003) and a GSM mobile, connected via Bluetooth, to access the Internet. The phone is a rather old one, working in the slowest GPRS technology only. I was thinking about getting an EDGE enabled (or even 3G) phone to increase the bandwidth but then I found that the Bluetooth DialUp Modem settings in my iPAQ only allow the speed setting up to 115kbps. Does it mean that I would gain practically nothing, being unable to use the full bandwidth (177-236 kbps for EDGE)?

It really depends. You can try setting up pairing and using the serial protocol support that Bluetooth offers to dial from the Pocket PC to the internet via the phone. However you need to know how to setup this opton on the Nokia as well. _________________ Chris De Herrera
