I have the 111 classic. It was working fine then suddenly I can't sync and I get error code 8503001C. Deleted relationship, no luck. Uninstalled and re-installed active sync, still no good. Mmy calendar, contacts and tasks are gone, my files and personal settings still on device. Talked to HP and we did the dectect and repair for Outlook (2002 version). Still no sync. I looked at your Exchange activesync errors webpage but your code only goes to 8503001b. HP tech support said there was an update/fix for outlook recently that created some problems.
