I recently purchased a XV6900 and downloaded ActiveSync 4.5 to my PC. When trying to connect the XV6900 via USB to my PC it connects correctly. Then a message on the XV6900 states "To synchronize this device, you must install ActiveSync 4.5 or newer on your desktop computer"
I have uninstalled/reinstalled ActiveSync 4.5 several times without any help. Please help! Verizon customer service isn't the greatest. THANK YOU!
