Dear Gerard is this the name of the software (ZoomBoard)
I have followed the instruction given by the ZoomBoard and I following the instruction and it also unable to uninstall completely. below is the instruction given by ZoomBoard.
If you want to delete ZoomBoard: you need first to switch off Default_keyboard option > make soft reset > uninstall program.
Thank you, very much I well deeply appreciate the help that you have giving to me.
Dear Gerard because I was unable to reply the post that why I need to post a new one please forgive me for doing it.
When I want to submit the reply it always says that ((Invalid Session. Please resubmit the form.))??????
I do not know why you are getting an 'invalid session' error, as I am having no trouble replying to messages here today. Perhaps if you clear you cache, even delete the cookies associated with this site and then login again, it might be of help. Or not. Chris does all the site code work and I have no idea there.
I have not tried ZoomBoard so cannot speak from direct experience, but it seems they are saying that they included an in-program option to enable/disable use of the keyboard as the device default. From the User Manual on their site, it looks to be a big blue button which you tap once to make default, tap again to cancel default, then soft reset to confirm this in the registry.
I can see a couple of possible problems with this. One is that they might not have correctly coded the cancel default option and it is failing to un-register this SIP. The other, perhaps more likely, is that by pressing the soft reset button on your WM5 or WM6 device you are undoing any user-defined registry changes (such as this un-default setting), as this is a strange habit of WM5 and WM6. You may need to find a way to soft reset in software, using any program which offers this as an option. I have seen standalone soft reset applications which are free and very small, and have also seen a reset as one of many options within various 'tweaks' applications used in customising PPC behaviors. Just a guess, but perhaps worth trying if re-installing and again following their instructions fails.
Otherwise, I hope you have a recent backup. It is always a good practice to make a full, reliable type of device backup just before installing any new software, in case something like this happens. Then you could restore from backup and be rid of any junk from Vito.
