Hi all, I'm at my wits end. Trying to configure a Motorola Q9c with WM6.1 to sync with an exchange server. Don't know much about the server except that I can access it via OWA. I have the domain, user id and password. but the same setting do not wrk on the Q9c. on verizon network. am i missing something?

Unfortunately, i do not have much info on the server other than I can log onto it directly from Outlook on XP over the web and I can log on from the web using webmail at the site.
The server does require SSL as configured in outlook.
I'm using my exchange info to log on. the outlook connection connects via http and ssl is selected.
I thought as long as you can log in via webmail, you should be able to connect using activesync.
Is it possible there is a firewall on windows mobile or a proxy setting that is not allowing me to access the site?
I did notice that there is a proxy set up for verizon on the Q9c for WAP4 connections.
Is there anything I can verify on the Q9C side since I do cannot make any changes on the server side?
