I have started developing an application for my pda and i want to ask you guys if i have to find a special book about designing a pda's user interface. Do i have to do that or it's the same like programming windows forms in a windows application? Is the code the same or there are differences?
I ask that because i've made (in visual studio 2005) my pda a client on a web service. That web service brings only a string from a db. So i set up a form containing a button and a textbox but no text is visible in the textbox when i hit the button (which executes the web service method). It does work from a console application. So i wonder if it's the interface that causes the problem.
I would be grateful i you had a link about an ebook, or a good resource about programming pdas with web services...Thank you in advance for reading my post.. _________________ vanalex
