Having problems following a full shutdown of a PPC 2003 Device

The software is running on a Symbol 9060 device, which has a slightly damaged screen. When the align screen is displayed, one of the '+' signs is in the area where the touch screen does not work.

The device worked fine before the reboot.

Is there any way of bypassing the align screen to enable the reboot to continue?

All help appreciated

Hi,
Unfortunately there is no way to bypass the alignment screen. However you can connect via ActiveSync and try using the development tools to set the alignment. I suggest that you look ath the registry of another Symbol device and see what is changed for the alignment.
